At Able2 NDIS Quality and safeguard mechanisms are put in place to ensure high quality supports and safe environments for both participants and staff. These quality standards are set by the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission and providers are audited periodically to ensure standards are current, relevant and complied with by provider staff.

Able2 has a comprehensive set of policies and procedures that ensure we meet the quality standards set by the NDIS. We are committed to ensuring a quality, safe and great service for young people living with disability, their families and our staff in the provision of all services including NDIS services. All staff are required to read all Able2 policies and procedures at least once every year.

There are quite a few policies & procedures and these are available to all staff to read and note the date they read them. However, in order to get new staff familiar with our policies and procedures we have presented a few here that we do want you to read before you start work at Able2.
